厚さ２２ミリの超薄型照明

今回取り上げる話題は

厚さ２２ミリの超薄型照明

です。

ユーカリが丘線、西武山口線、 アストラムラインなどに使われている AGT のトンネルの高さは、 走行面から3.5メートルと、 とてもコンパクトにできています。

AGT の走行面から車両の床までの 高さは、約1.1メートルありますので、 車両床から屋根までの高さを 2.2メートル以下にする必要があり ます。

そのため、ゆりかもめ7300系では、 車内のヘッドクリアランスをかせぐ ために、厚さ２２ミリメートルの 超薄型のLED照明を天井に埋め込み、 天井に段差がない滑らかな仕上がりを 実現しています。

粒状のLED光源を端部に埋め込み、 反射板・拡散フィルムを用いて 光を拡散させ、面全体が均一に

光るようにしたものです。

超薄型でありながら、LEDの粒粒が 目に入らず、眩しさを感じさせないのが 特長です。

コンパクトなAGTの室内を、 少しでも快適にするために、 照明メーカと車両メーカが協力して 開発し、その後、ニューシャトル2020

系、日暮里・舎人ライナー３３０形、 アストラム7000系にも使われています。

The AGT tunnels used on the

Yukarigaoka Line, Seibu Yamaguchi

Line, and Astram Line are very

compact, with a tunnel height of 3.5

meters from the running surface.

The height from the running surface of

the AGT to the floor of the car is

approximately 1.1 meters, so the height

from the car floor to the roof must be

less than 2.2 meters.

To achieve this, the Yurikamome 7300

series has ultra-thin LED lights, 22

millimeters thick, embedded in the

ceiling to increase head clearance

inside the car, creating a smooth finish

with no bumps on the ceiling.

A granular LED light source is

embedded at the edge, and light is

diffused using reflectors and diffusion

film to ensure that the entire surface

glows evenly.

Despite its ultra-thin profile, the LEDs

do not glare, as no LED grains are

visible to the eye.

The lighting system was developed in

cooperation with train manufacturers to

make the compact AGT interior as

comfortable as possible, and has since

been used in the New Shuttle Series

2020, Nippori-Toneri Liner Type 330,

and Astram Series 7000.
